Warranty coverage for products sold on TinyMind depends on the product category, brand, and the manufacturer’s own policy. Where applicable, TinyMind facilitates the claims process, but the relevant brand’s terms ultimately govern the outcome.
1. Types of Warranty

2. Warranty Duration

3. Warranty Void Conditions
- The product is physically broken or damaged.
- The product is damaged by water or liquid.
- Unauthorised repair or tampering has been carried out by a non-authorised service centre.
- Serial numbers or warranty stickers have been removed.
- Damage results from a power surge or misuse.
- The warranty card or proof of purchase cannot be produced (for brands that require it).
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact the Support Team with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Describe the fault and provide clear photos or a video.
- TinyMind or the brand’s authorised service centre inspects the product, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Based on the outcome, we proceed with repair, replacement or — where the brand’s policy allows — a refund.
- Status updates are shared at each stage via SMS, call or WhatsApp.
5. Where to Claim
Depending on the product, contact the brand’s own authorised service centre or the TinyMind Support Team. TinyMind reserves the right to review each warranty claim individually and may request further evidence where needed.
