- You are responsible for keeping your account information (password, etc.) secure
- Creating an account with false or misleading information is prohibited
3. Product Information & Pricing
- We make reasonable efforts to keep product images, descriptions, and prices accurate, though minor variations may occur (e.g., colour may appear differently across screens)
- If a pricing error occurs due to a technical fault, TinyMind reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order
- Due to limited stock, an item may become unavailable even after order confirmation (the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies in this case)
4. Order Acceptance & Rejection
Placing an order does not obligate TinyMind to accept it — TinyMind reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or contain incorrect information (see Cancellation Policy).
5. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos and designs on this website are the property of TinyMind. Copying or reuse without permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
TinyMind strives to provide accurate and quality service, but is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, except as required by applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts, or may be pursued through the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) where applicable.
